Process
From first message to handover, without surprises
A client's biggest fear is not that the work turns out badly. It is not knowing what is happening. This page says exactly what each stage looks like and when money moves.
The first conversation
The fear it removes: “What if this wastes my time and goes nowhere?”
A conversation, free and with no obligation. I am not there to sell you anything — I am there to understand the problem and tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
- 60 to 90 minutes
- No cost
- If it is outside what I do well, I say so on the call
Proposal and contract
The fear it removes: “What if the price changes halfway through?”
A written proposal that says exactly what gets built, in what timeframe, at what price. The price is fixed. Anything added later is quoted separately and only with your agreement.
- Scope in writing
- Fixed price, not hourly
- A named delivery date
Design, before any code
The fear it removes: “What if they build something I never wanted?”
You see the design before a single line of code exists. Changing a design is cheap; changing something already built is not. That is why the revisions happen here.
- The key screens, designed
- Two rounds of revision on the design
- Nothing is built until you approve
Build, paid in stages
The fear it removes: “What if I pay and they disappear?”
You do not pay everything up front. The work is split into stages and each payment follows the delivery of its stage. Throughout the build you can watch progress on a live preview.
- Payment after each stage
- A live preview while it is built
- Regular progress updates
Handover, and after
The fear it removes: “What if I am held hostage for every small change?”
The code, the domain and every access credential are yours, not mine. If you ever want to work with someone else, nothing holds you back. A support window follows handover.
- Full ownership of code and access
- 30 days of post-launch support
- A short guide to running it yourself
