What happens to what you send
This site asks for personal information in one place only: the consultation and contact forms. Here is exactly what is collected, where it goes, and how to have it removed.
Last updated: 7 September 2026
What is collected
Only what you type into a form: your name, your email, optionally a phone number or Telegram ID, the service and budget range you choose, your project description, and any file you attach. Nothing is collected from you for merely reading the site — there is no analytics script and no advertising tracker on these pages.
Why
To reply to you, and to prepare for the consultation. That is the whole purpose. Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with a third party for marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a private PostgreSQL database. Attached files go to a private storage bucket that is not publicly readable; access requires a short-lived signed link. A notification containing your submission is sent to Taha Zehtabchian by email and on Telegram.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project records are kept while the work is active and for the period required for tax and accounting, then deleted.
Having it removed
Write to the address below and ask for a copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion. Deletion requests are actioned within thirty days and confirmed back to you.
Cookies
One cookie, and only if you use the language switcher: it remembers whether you prefer Persian or English so the site opens in the right one next time. It holds no identifier and is not used for tracking.
The AI assistant
The chat assistant sends your messages to a language-model provider in order to answer them, and the conversation is stored so it can remember earlier turns. Do not send passwords, payment details, or anything confidential through the chat — use the consultation form for anything sensitive.
Getting in touch about this
Questions about any of the above go to the same address as everything else.
